Responsible for leading the engineering team. In charge of successful completion of SPM development and production for the company, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required performance and quality standards.
Manage project teams, resources, and stakeholder expectations, apply stage gate process on projects execution, while also mitigating risks and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop the technical skills of the team and ensure development of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop the team to have the skills to meet group technical development, providing direction, motivation, development and support, Ensure the respect of HR policy
Prepare and, after validation, track budget for the department and cost per project, respecting the company rules. Ensure the tracking of all good purchase, and record of activities, ensure the correct invoicing of the project.
Define with customer project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Propose and respect group standards.
budget preparation, evaluation and submission with ROI calculations
Allocating resources (human, financial, and material) effectively, managing project budgets.
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise.
Organize the projects review, following stage gate and qualification process with stakeholders (internal and external, customers, suppliers, colleagues, project teams and functional teams). Communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Tracking project progress, monitoring performance against plans, and taking corrective actions as needed, guarantee the respect of LOA rules.
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and safety standards. CE certification of all equipment internally developed
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication logs.
Ensuring proper project completion, including installation of the equipment, start-up and ramp-up to complete handover to operations (production & maintenance) and post-project review.
Put in place retex on projects and set-up process with customers to capture and opportunities for performance improvement (reliability, capacity, capability of the equipment)
Project managers need to be able to lead teams, motivate individuals, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Able to plan projects, manage resources, and track progress.
Project managers need to be able to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Understanding and selection of performance oriented Equipment, Easy maintenance and User friendly operations
Develop innovation survey and culture in the team
Project managers need to understand budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
