Role Overview: As a Project Engineer at Nilsan Nishotech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include detailed project planning, coordination with various departments and clients, project monitoring, preparing project budgets, executing projects within budget constraints, and conducting project closure with analysis for continual improvement. You will also be responsible for generating project deliverables, managing project plans, material tracking, site activities monitoring, installation qualification, and providing regular Management Information Reports (MIR). Key Responsibilities: - Detailed project planning and scheduling - Project coordination with interdepartmental and client stakeholders - Project monitoring and controlling - Preparation of project budgets and ensuring cost control - Execution of projects as per budget guidelines - Project closure with analysis and evaluation for continual improvement - Generation of project deliverables and output - Project plan creation at project opening - SO punching and material tracking - FAT internal/external activities - Monitoring and controlling site activities - Installation qualification procedures - Interdepartmental document verification and approval - Providing regular Management Information Reports (MIR) Qualifications Required: - Experience in Pharma processes, site construction processes, and validation documents - Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, and Word - Familiarity with document approval processes and ERP systems - 1 to 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer handling WT projects OR 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer handling WT systems - Preferably worked on projects in the pharma industry - Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Note: Nilsan Nishotech Pvt Ltd. is a project engineering company specializing in serving Bio, Pharma, and Dairy industries with customised process piping, high purity water systems, membrane separation systems, and advanced separation/purification techniques like chromatography.
