Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rebar detailing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to US (ACI, ASTM, CRSI) and German (DIN, Eurocode, BS EN) standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate detailing and timely submission of drawings.
• Supervise and mentor detailing teams, ensuring high-quality outputs using tools such as AutoCAD, RebarCAD, Tekla, ASA, or similar software.
• Review, check, and approve shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and material take-offs.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with clients in the US and European markets, handling technical queries and resolving conflicts.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in rebar detailing and project management.
• Strong knowledge of US (ACI/ASTM/CRSI) and German/European (DIN/Eurocode/BS EN) standards.
• Hands-on expertise in RebarCAD, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, ASA, or similar software.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale rebar detailing projects for US and European clients.
