Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems across our commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage site execution of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.) • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs; Prepare BOQ, Quotations, completion reports and Bill Submissions • Coordinate with execution team to ensure timely project delivery • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is as per approved drawings and standards • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and track milestones • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory requirements, and quality standards • Verify contractor bills, material approvals, and procurement requirements • Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff • Attend project meetings and update stakeholders on status and challenges • Suggest cost-effective technical solutions and manage variations/change orders ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering • 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP project execution • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Drawings, and Project documentation. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
