Project Engineer-HYD

Role Overview: Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. is dedicated to providing high-performance advanced medical imaging, radiotherapy equipment, life science instruments, and intelligent digital solutions globally. As a Project Manager, you will work with local customer service and distributor teams in India to oversee the installation of new medical imaging equipment at health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your role will involve ensuring successful project execution at customer sites in line with company standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects involving high-value medical imaging equipment like MRI, CT, PET-CT, DR, RT, etc., by coordinating between customers and internal teams. - Conduct site planning, assessment of scanning rooms, workflow design, site risk assessment, and guidance to meet equipment requirements. - Provide technology information to customers, create project plans for site preparation, shipment, equipment installation, and training. - Coordinate stakeholders effectively to drive project progress. - Oversee the installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer sites. - Ensure equipment commissioning, customer acceptance, and sign handover documents. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, medical engineering, electronic or automatic control, construction, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in project management of high-value medical imaging equipment. - Ability to read blueprint drawings. - Experience in managing matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and working within a large corporate structure. - Knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC). - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Flexibility in work approach, travel, and working hours. - Ability to handle work pressure, self-learn, and work independently.
