Project Engineer - Construction

Position :

Exp : 5 to 8 Years in Project

Qualification : BE Civil

Salary : 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Willing to travel all over India

Reporting location : Sholinganallur, CHENNAI.

1.

• Participate in

  project

  planning meetings to understand

  project

  requirements and objectives.

• Assist in the development of

  project

  plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Contribute to the design process by providing technical expertise and input.

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.

2. Construction Management:

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and

resources are available as needed.

• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to

  project

  plans and

specifications.

• Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and propose solutions.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality

standards.

3.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date

  project

  documentation, including drawings, contracts,

change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).

• Prepare regular progress reports for

  project

  managers and stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of final

  project

  documentation, including as-built drawings and

close-out reports.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all work meets applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Implement quality assurance measures to identify and address potential issues early in the

construction process.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with

  project

  specifications and

safety standards.

5.

• Serve as a point of contact for

  project

  stakeholders, including clients, architects, and

regulatory agencies.

• Communicate

  project

  status, milestones, and any potential issues or delays to stakeholders

in a clear and timely manner.
