Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of RE projects at the site level, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to central and state-level renewable energy policy frameworks and guide the team accordingly.
Manage the approval process for RE projects, coordinating with relevant statutory bodies and regulatory authorities.
Oversee land identification, selection, and acquisition processes in collaboration with legal and local teams.
Review and ensure implementation of technical specifications and engineering designs for RE projects.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams, ensuring effective communication and productivity on-site.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
Ensure smooth transition from project execution to operation and maintenance phases.

Provide insights and integrate considerations of climate vulnerability into project design and
execution

Preferred candidate profile

Essential: 1520 years of experience in site execution for renewable energy projects.

Strong understanding of RE policies in India and experience in dealing with regulatory bodies

Proven track record in project approvals, land acquisition, and technical site management
Willingness to travel and manage operations across multiple project locations
Experience with solar, wind, or hybrid renewable energy installation
Awareness of climate change impacts and sustainable infrastructure practices
