Project Engineer (Civil)

Job Location:- New Delhi, Ghaziabad , Hapur

Job Description:-

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of construction projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities meet or exceed quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and addressing any onsite issues promptly.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Interior Works Supervision: Manage and supervise the execution of interior works, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design specifications.
• Software Proficiency: MS Project, AutoCAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6
• Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for material procurement and work progress.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, owner billings and project related accounting issues.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering and interior project management within the residential real estate sector.
• Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both civil and interior design projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
