Job Description

As a Project Engineer focused on Civil & Interior projects within the hospital sector, your role involves planning, designing, and executing both structural and interior aspects of buildings or projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, managing construction activities, and ensuring quality control throughout the process. - Develop detailed design plans encompassing structural layouts and interior finishes. - Oversee and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations. - Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces and provide recommendations for renovations or redesign. - Create construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates. - Participate in project planning by developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project elements. - Monitor project progress to uphold quality standards and safety regulations. - Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design or construction phase. - Assist in accurate estimation and management of project costs. - B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of experience in Highrise/Museum/Multiplex projects. - Proficiency in civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works. - Strong organizational and motivational abilities. - Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
