Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site execution of interior fitout projects.
Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and vendors for fitout works. Monitor fitout project schedules, budgets, and quality control. Conduct site inspections for fitouts and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements for fitout activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Technical field, or Interior Design.
Proven experience in site execution and interior projects, with a strong background in commercial fitouts. Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D 3D). Excellent task execution and project management skills. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
