Job Summary
Discharge of duties for monitoring of projects in line with training manual
Providing technical expertise for carrying out the various tasks of the project.
Organizing for the SOP / Checklists/ Quality and safety manuals from the contractors and ensure the same is being implemented during execution of the project.
Study of drawings and raising RFI where ever necessary.
Monitoring the day to day activities of the project by maintaining work dairy.
Recording the completion of work on daily/ weekly basis to aid in preparation of daily status reports/ weekly progress reports.
Reporting the progress of work and any other concerned issues to the project manager
Escalating quality / safety issues through CAR.
Organizing technical documentation to agreed quality standards from contractor.
Organizing the micro/ sequencing schedules from the contractor
Prepare / Monitor pending issues.
Prepare / Monitor the snag lists.
Contributing to technical strategy, Monitoring Test Reports, Calibration certificates, commissioning Reports and documentation.
Maintain the engineers kit.
