Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager at Ably Soft, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality standards adherence, and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Project Planning**: - Reviewing Project Requirements Documents such as HRD, FRD, Wireframes, and Flow charts. - Reviewing Project Plan Document in alignment with project scope and estimates. - **Project Execution**: - Monitoring and Regulating Project Initiation process. - Liaising between business and technology teams for quality software delivery. - Managing conflicts and addressing any reported issues or concerns. - Tracking project progress and timelines committed. - Monitoring projects surveys and feedbacks requested versus received. - **Quality Control and Audits**: - Facilitating project audits. - **Client Communication/Experience**: - Ensuring client satisfaction and willingness to work with Ably Soft again. - Managing references sharing and client happiness. - **Team Management and Training**: - Bridging the gap between Business Analysis, Development, and Quality Control. - Improving internal communication to enhance project execution. - Motivating the team and conducting training sessions. - **Processes Management and Implementation**: - Ensuring team adherence to defined processes. - Recommending corrective and preventive actions. - Contributing to process improvement activities. - Strengthening communication structure and project planning process. - **Self-Improvement, Knowledge Sharing, Team Training**: - Staying updated on best practices related to job responsibilities. - Acquiring new skills aligned with future company plans. - **Resources Management, Allocation, and Utilization**: - Minimizing idle capacity. - Allocating resources based on ROI vs. Cost analysis. - Monitoring and regulating work allocation for DEV Team members. - Managing resource allocation across different projects/products. Your secondary responsibilities will include supporting the Estimation process, closely monitoring project execution cycles, collaborating in project execution ceremonies, maintaining client communication, offering feedback to mentees, and more. **Required Experience**: - 6 to 10 years in E-commerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On-Demand Service Portals. **Qualifications**: - Candidates with B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA, or M. Sc (IT) degrees are preferred. - MBA degree holders will be given preference. - Proficiency in a foreign language is considered a plus. - Strong technical abilities, effective communication skills, and proficient project management abilities are required. **Preferred Industry**: - E-commerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On-Demand Service Portals. **Salary, Location, and Working Days**: - Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and communication skills. - Location: Sec-67, Mohali, Punjab. - Five days working with declared holidays.,
