Project Coordinator/Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator/Business Analyst to become a valuable member of our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring their timely completion within scope and budget. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position, along with your talent for collaborative work with diverse stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying and documenting the scope of work, technical specifications, and conversations. You will be in charge of project execution, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure efficient task completion. Proactive problem-solving is a key aspect of your role, as you identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that could impede project progress. Acting as a liaison between the tech team, clients, and management will be part of your duties. You will collaborate with developers and team members to address and resolve issues, as well as track and follow up with different development teams to resolve dependencies. Additionally, you will coordinate client meetings and demo presentations and handle change requests, evaluating their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager and stakeholders, you will help make informed decisions about changes and coordinate project activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Maintaining regular communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, will be crucial. Providing progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and alignment is also an important aspect of your role. This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for a fresher. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
