Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

Wishtree Info Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Project Coordinator with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in team handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be performance-oriented, and capable of ensuring timely project delivery within set TAT (Turn-Around-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple teams across various projects to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to maintain clarity and alignment on goals.
• Analyze and evaluate team performance and provide strategic feedback for improvements.
• Resolve conflicts or roadblocks efficiently and guide the team toward effective solutions.
• Ensure optimal resource planning, allocation, and productivity tracking.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Leadership & team management ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and TAT
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance evaluation
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or team management, preferably in IT/Tech domains
