What is the opportunity Illumine is conducting a training program that is being carried out nationwide. This large-scale intervention focuses on changing mindsets in lakhs of central government employees. Job Summary: We're looking for a highly enthusiastic and technology-driven intern to support our customer support team for 3 months. You'll work directly with our seasoned support engineers in solving technical problems and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues associated with our software applications 3. Work with internal teams in identifying and solving advanced technical problems 4. Record customer interactions and technical problems in our support ticket system 5. Create and update technical knowledge base articles and documentation Required Skills: 1. React and MongoDB (MERN stack) familiarity 2. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) /AWS familiarity 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities 4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Capacity to work in a high-paced environment and multitask well Nice to Have: 1. Background in customer support or technical support functions 2. JavaScript and/or Node.js knowledge 3. Knowledge of agile development processes What We Offer: 1.
