About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to support project planning, execution, and communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have at least

1 year of experience in a similar coordination role

or

2 years in software testing with a strong understanding of project workflows

.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure smooth execution
    • Monitor project progress and update status reports
    Document meeting minutes, project requirements, and action items
    Identify potential project risks and escalate issues as needed
    Ensure proper communication flow between stakeholders
  • Support the team in task assignments and tracking using tools like Jira, Trello, or Excel
    • Follow up on deadlines and maintain project documentation

    Required Skills

    :
    Strong communication and coordination skills
    Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
    • Experience in preparing project reports and maintaining project trackers
    Basic knowledge of software testing lifecycle is a plus
    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    Detail-oriented and proactive

    Preferred Qualifications

    :
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
    • Certification in project coordination or Agile (nice to have)
    Previous client communication experience is a plus
