We are seeking a young and dynamic professional

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison:

    Serve as the central point of contact for SAMETI, KERA and other stakeholders ensuring good liaisoning, timely, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Central Coordination:

    Support Head Office and Team Leader/Strategic advisor/COO in synchronizing activities across Regional Coordinators, Content Developers, TNA Specialist, Accountant, and Data Entry Operators.
  • Consolidated Reporting:

    Compile region-wise updates, financial briefs, and training impact reports into comprehensive documents for client submission.
  • Official Communication:

    Draft, review, and circulate letters, presentations, and meeting minutes after consultation with the Team Leader, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Meeting Management:

    Coordinate review meetings with client and stakeholders, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up tracking.
  • Monitoring & Tracking:

    Maintain a central dashboard of project deliverables, milestones, and KPIs, highlighting risks or bottlenecks proactively.
  • Knowledge & Records Management:

    Maintain centralized repositories of agreements, reports, training calendars, TNA findings, and financial updates.
  • Issue Escalation:

    Identify coordination challenges and escalate them to the Team Leader / Strategic advisor / COO with recommended solutions.
  • Quality Assurance Support:

    Ensure consistency and compliance with all outputs with client expectations and project standards.
  • Ad hoc Support:

    Provide additional coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of training and capacity-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background:

  • Graduation/Masters in Agri & allied /Agri Business from Kerala

  • Additional training in project management/monitoring & evaluation will be an advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, client liaison, or program management roles, preferably in donor-funded, government, or World Bank–assisted projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in handling multi-stakeholder coordination, reporting, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with training/capacity-building programs, preferably in agriculture, rural development, or livelihoods sectors.
  • Kerala specific working experience is desired.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and drafting skills (English & Malayalam desirable).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
