Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining communication between our internal teams and external agencies. This role also involves timely handling of online queries and ensuring all outsourced tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with external agencies to whom work is outsourced, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Act as the main point of contact between the company and partner agencies. Respond promptly and professionally to all online queries via email, chat, and social media platforms. Track progress of outsourced projects and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Maintain records of agency deliverables and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as required. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of project coordination or client servicing is a plus. Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
