Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure schedules are maintained.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for managers and clients.
Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and project costs.
Serve as a main point of contact for clients during project execution.
Communicate project updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
Liaise with designers, production teams, installers, logistics partners, and vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and lead-time information.
Follow up on purchase orders and monitor the status of materials and custom furniture production.
Ensure product specifications match client requirements and quality standards
Conduct quality checks and follow up on corrective actions
Ensure projects adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
Schedule deliveries and installation teams.
Ensure site readiness by coordinating with contractors and site managers.
Resolve any on-site issues quickly to avoid delays.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in project management, business, interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
28+ years of experience in furniture, interiors, or construction project coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage
Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and logistics is a plus.
