Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized *Project Coordinator* to oversee project timelines, client communication, costing, and inquiry follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities
• Communicate and follow up with clients regarding project updates and requirements
• Prepare and manage project costing, quotations, and budgeting
• Follow up on inquiries from clients and internal teams
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines
• Maintain documentation such as reports, checklists, and project trackers
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely project execution
• Ensure that all project milestones are met within deadlines and budget
• Track material requirements and ensure procurement planning
• Schedule and attend client/site meetings, take minutes, and share follow-ups
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Experience in preparing cost estimates and quotations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling
• Ability to follow up and ensure timely execution of inquiries and tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and project management tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Modular Furniture Industry.

Working knowledge of costing and budgeting techniques

Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
