Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator – Python & Compliance Software

Overview:
We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Technical Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of Python programming and project documentation. The role involves working closely with a third-party software development company to build and implement a compliance software solution. The ideal candidate will manage requirement documentation, track development progress, ensure timely bug resolution, and support software implementation in schools by training users and resolving their queries.

Experience:
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Python development, software coordination, or technical project management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand and contribute to the development of Python-based compliance software.
● Create and manage detailed requirement documentation.● Act as a bridge between the internal team and the software development company.● Track project progress, perform regular follow-ups on deliverables, and ensure bug fixes are implemented.● Conduct thorough debugging and verification of software functionality.● Ensure zero downtime by maintaining a constant watch on the software environment.● Manage after-sales support, including handling major bugs and user escalations.● Coordinate testing and feedback loops between the development team and stakeholders.● Prepare training material and conduct training sessions for school users during the software rollout phase.● Provide first-level technical support and resolve user queries post-implementation.● Maintain clear records of updates, issues, and resolutions.

Education:

Graduate - IT, Computer Science or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
