Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in managing day-to-day project activities, tracking deliverables, and maintaining performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a positive, can-do attitude.

This role involves close coordination with the project lead and team members to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project management activities including task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and update project metrics, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect data and track progress.
Identify and highlight potential risks or delays proactively.
Perform any additional administrative or analytical tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
57 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or similar roles.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with a willingness to learn.
