As a Project Coordinator, your role involves coordinating medical coding projects from initiation to completion. You are responsible for managing project timelines, assigning tasks to internal teams, and ensuring deadlines are met. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. - Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management. - Working closely with the coding team to ensure they understand project goals, deadlines, and quality expectations. - Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and reports to monitor progress. - Regularly communicating project status to stakeholders and team members. - Analyzing risks and opportunities, monitoring project progress, and addressing issues as they arise. - Ensuring compliance with standards and requirements through quality assurance tests. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. - Proficiency in creating and automating project or Excel reports and data management. - Strong experience in Google Workspace including applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet, and more. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
