Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

• Support end-to-end execution of AI data collection and annotation projects
• Break down project requirements into clear, actionable instructions
• Coordinate daily task execution and follow-ups
• Ensure deliverables meet defined timelines and guidelines

Operations Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain trackers for submissions, approvals, rework, and closures
• Monitor daily throughput and flag delays or risks early
• Update internal sheets, trackers, and documentation regularly
• Ensure proper file naming, folder structure, and metadata consistency

Quality & Compliance Support

• Perform basic quality checks before final submissions
• Ensure data complies with the provided guidelines and formats
• Coordinate corrections and rework where required
• Escalate quality issues clearly and in a timely manner

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with internal contributors and project teams
• Share clear instructions and ensure task clarity
• Track daily productivity and adherence to timelines
• Assist in onboarding contributors into active projects

Who Should Apply

You are a good fit if you:

• Have

  6 months to 2 years of experience

  in operations, project coordination, delivery support, or execution roles
• Are highly

  detail-oriented

  and process-driven
• Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured workflows
• Can manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously
• Take ownership of assigned work and close tasks independently
• Are eager to grow into

  team-handling and client-facing roles

  over time

Exposure to AI data collection, annotation, content operations, or large-scale coordination is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Hours & Flexibility

• Standard working hours (8–10 hours/day)
• Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs for working in the US shift whenever required.
