About the Role
Nobtech Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, minutes, etc.).
• Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis.
• Support project managers in conflict resolution and operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree (Business Administration, Project Management, or related preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
