Project Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be working as a project coordinator at Milestone Localization, a professional translation and localization company based in Bangalore. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team, clients, internal teams, and translators worldwide to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of translated and localized content. Key Responsibilities: - Find and assign suitable linguists for projects based on their experience and qualifications. - Assess and screen resources for each project. - Develop detailed workflows, checklists, and delivery schedules for projects. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for quotations, timelines, and deliveries. - Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to the project manager, and ensure timely execution. - Maintain project reports, vendor feedback, and costing sheets for every project. - Ensure projects are completed within the specified time and budget constraints. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. - Continuously assess existing vendors and explore new vendor opportunities. - Deliver final files to clients and incorporate their feedback as necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Prior experience in project coordination or similar role. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of translation and localization industry practices is a plus.
