Project coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing engineering projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure adherence to

schedules

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Assist the Project Manager in resource planning, budgeting, and

documentation

• Prepare progress reports, meeting notes, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project execution and resolve

issues

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery

of materials

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project

activities

• Travel to various project sites within Maharashtra as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related

fields)

• 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management,

preferably in the engineering or construction sector

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi – both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently within Maharashtra

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to working with government projects or infrastructure development
• Knowledge of local regulatory and safety standards

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
