Project Coordinator

As a Project Manager, your role will involve developing and overseeing project plans to ensure timely implementation. You will be required to liaise with internal teams, donors, and community partners to align project goals effectively. Tracking expenses and ensuring efficient use of funds will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will assess project impact, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on your findings. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to legal and organizational guidelines will also be part of your duties. Supporting field teams and volunteers in executing project activities is essential for the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee project plans - Liaise with internal teams, donors, and community partners - Track expenses and ensure efficient fund utilization - Assess project impact, prepare reports, and suggest improvements - Maintain records and ensure adherence to guidelines - Support field teams and volunteers in project execution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields - Strong project management and organizational skills - Experience in NGO operations, community engagement, or fundraising - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools As a Full-time Project Manager with a background in Social Work or Development Studies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
