About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for 4 years of experience who are passionate about planning, organizing, and coordinating projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• Support in preparing project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Track project progress and update project status regularly.
• Identify project risks and help in developing mitigation plans.
• Facilitate team communication and follow up on task assignments.
• Assist in managing client communication under the guidance of senior managers.
• Ensure project workflows follow the company’s process and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Certification or training in Project Management / Agile / PMP / Scrum.
• Internship experience in project coordination or team leadership.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
