Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join dynamic team of Development Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully understanding and management of Project Coordination roles and responsibility, ensuring deliverables are completed on time with accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to and assist in preparation of presentations required for pitch meetings Coordinate presentations for collating the for projects under guidance of Development Management Director, both technical and graphically Maintaining the documentation repository for Projects and keeping it updated. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Create of high-level schedules for technical pitch and collection of required technical details Facilitate meetings and provide status updates to internal/external stakeholders Preparation of internal reports for update on Development Management and projects as required Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure completion of task and create a repository of the same. Ensure deliverables deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Supporting on the other works for Project coordination as required generally in line with Development Management Advisory and Project Management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Project Management, or related field. 4+ years of experience in project coordination or management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Required Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
