Role - Business Analyst

• 
  Service Agreement is for 15 months [ 3months of Training + 12 months of employment]

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for International Client interaction
  
• Communicate received information and details to the respective team
  
• Keep track of the status report
  
• Analyze the report to identify key performance criteria
  
• Proactive to suggest and explain the analyzed data
  
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that address client pain points. Prepare detailed proposals, business cases, and responses to RFPs/RFIs (Requests for Proposal/Information).
  
• Assist in estimating project scope, timelines, and effort for proposed solutions.
