Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive STEM Project Coordinator with prior experience in managing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) initiatives in Govt. schools. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring STEM education programs across project locations in Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end implementation of STEM projects across assigned districts.
Coordinate with schools, teachers, government departments, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Conduct STEM sessions, demonstrations, and basic technical trainings for students and teachers.
Monitor project progress, collect field data, and prepare regular MIS and progress reports.
Facilitate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of STEM lab equipment, kits, and digital tools.
Organize student engagement activities such as workshops, competitions, and exposure visits.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure program quality and adherence to timelines.
Support in mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and training planning.
Submit documentation including attendance, reports, photographs, and feedback forms.
Assist in M&E activities, impact assessments, and audits as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
