Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at our company located in India (Nagercoil), you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, coordinating with field marketing executives, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities under the guidance of Project Managers. - Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. - Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, field marketing executives, and clients. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates. - Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. - Provide updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to clients as required. - Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution. - Document and report project issues and resolutions to Project Managers. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. - Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement activities. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Project Managers. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in project coordination or related field is preferred, but freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.,
