Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the project managers, development team, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. You’ll act as a key link between internal teams and clients to manage timelines, documentation, communication, and daily progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and clients for smooth execution of projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (reports, status updates, timelines).
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and internal teams for project updates and queries.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Project Manager.
• Support in resource planning and task allocation.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Ensure quality standards are met during all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role in a tech or IT services company.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project components simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
