As a Project Coordinator in Construction Management, your primary role will be to manage internal construction and renovation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, monitoring progress, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate project updates to ensure timely completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inventory tracking and material planning - Project monitoring, measurement verification, and stage validation for fund release - Vendor coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of work and materials - Planning, scheduling, and preparing Gantt charts for project tracking - Documentation, reporting, and live status updates for project owners To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma / B.Tech in Civil (preferred) or relevant project coordination experience - 25 years of experience in construction/renovation project management - Skills in vendor management, Excel/Google Sheets, and Gantt chart tools - Traits such as being detail-oriented, reliable, with strong follow-up and reporting skills If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume to talenthub@duaspotli.com or call 8240505565.
