Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, your role is to organize and communicate details related to specific assignments or tasks, acting as a liaison between team members and managers. You will work closely with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives in alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. - Breaking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes. - Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. - Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management. - Ensuring clients" needs are met as projects evolve. - Helping prepare budgets, analyzing risks and opportunities. - Overseeing project procurement management and monitoring project progress. - Handling any issues that arise and acting as the point of contact for all participants. - Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures. - Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork and creating comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. - Ensuring that standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. - Developing and maintaining a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones. - Serving as a point of communication between company teams and external resources, deepening partnerships with outside resources. You are expected to achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.,
