Job Summary

Project Coordinator cum Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and manage infrastructure-related project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documents including plans, trackers, schedules, and status reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, operations, and support teams.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for infrastructure delivery and support activities.
• Identify project risks, track dependencies, and ensure mitigation planning.
• Drive closures for pending actions and ensure adherence to timelines and SLAs.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
  

Scrum Master / Agile Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed as per the Scrum Guide.
• Rmove impediments and help teams achieve sprint commitments.
• Coach the team on Agile mindset, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners/Managers to support backlog readiness and planning.

Required Skills

• 8years+of experience in

  Project Coordination / Scrum Master / Agile Delivery

  roles.
• Strong exposure to

  Infrastructure domain

  (server/network/storage, hosted services, integrations).
• Scrum certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe) preferred.
• Experience working with tools like

  Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel

  (or equivalents).
• Good understanding of project governance: timelines, reporting, risk tracking, documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment and handle multiple priorities.
