Job Title: Project Coordinator– Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Supervise project execution at various sites to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and monitor detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct periodic site visits and status reviews; resolve on-site issues proactively.
• Collaborate with the design team for value engineering and design optimizations.
• Generate periodic reports and updates for management and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale turnkey projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
