Position Overview We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise ongoing interior and construction projects at our sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination, especially in residential or commercial interior fit-outs. Key Responsibilities · Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution as per architectural and interior design plans. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/project teams for smooth project execution. · Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. · Manage site materials, inventory, and labor, ensuring optimal resource utilization. · Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and BOQs. · Provide technical guidance to workers and solve on-site problems efficiently. · Maintain daily project progress reports, labor reports, and site photographs. · Liaise with clients or client representatives during site visits, ensuring satisfaction. · Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are maintained at every stage. · Spotting and addressing potential safety issues. · Enforcing safety protocols on site. · Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed. · Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.
