Project Coordinator (Civil) (Female)

You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and directing construction projects from beginning to end. This includes reviewing and monitoring projects in-depth, ensuring the schedule of all deliverables, planning budgets, and estimating costs. Additionally, you will be tracking inventory regularly, preparing internal and external reports related to job status, and proactively planning to prevent and resolve any emerging problems. Monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations, training and providing feedback to construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring the availability of tools, materials, and equipment, managing and mitigating risks, and maintaining quality construction standards are also part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
