About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with proven experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between site teams, clients, consultants, and management to ensure smooth execution of projects within time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely progress of work.
• Act as a link between project team, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and presentations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and highlight deviations.
• Manage site documentation including drawings, approvals, and material requests.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Assist in resource planning (manpower, material, equipment).
• Prepare and update MIS reports for management review.
• Support billing and estimation teams with necessary site data and measurements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5–7 years in civil construction project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred), MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
