Project Coordinator – BI / Data ( Qlik, ODS & SAP Datasphere )

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator BI/Data to lead our Business Intelligence and Data Integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Qlik technologies (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting).Proven experience with ODS & SAP Datasphere.Combined with proven leadership experience in managing end-to-end BI/data projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and guide a team of BI/Data engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Architect, optimize, and manage solutions using ODS and SAP Datasphere.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI/Data solutions.Ensure smooth integration, transformation, and flow of data across multiple systems.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.Implement best practices for data governance, security, and reliability.Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for version control, task management, and release management.Provide insights and strategic recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Expertise
7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering.Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting).Proven experience with ODS (Operational Data Store) and SAP Datasphere.23+ years of team leadership/mentorship experience.Excellent skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow and deployment management.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have
Exposure to SAP HANA, SAP BW, or other BI/data platforms.Knowledge of ODS (Operational Data Store) and SAP Datasphere.Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik
