Job Description

As a Project Coordinator in Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction and interior projects. Your strong leadership skills will ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects. - Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. - Communicate effectively with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors. - Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. - Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications. - Monitor quality and safety standards across all project stages. - Maintain accurate records of labor attendance, work progress, and resource utilization. - Prepare and submit regular project status and progress reports to management. - Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures. - Participate in project meetings, client interactions, and site inspections. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management (Preferred) - Experience: Minimum 2 years in project coordination or a similar role (Required) - Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English - Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of construction and interior work processes. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will be working on-site in Bangalore. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The job type is full-time with the work location being in person.,
