Role Overview: As a Project Controls professional at HYOS-L&T Energy Hydrocarbon in Vadodara, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the team of Planner and Cost Controller for Mid Hydrocarbon Mid and Downstream projects. Your primary role will involve setting up, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, plan costs, quantities, and cash flow management. You will act as the interface with Project Manager, Finance & account, functional managers, and stakeholders to prepare project budgets, cost analysis, and accurate forecasts on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, support in delivering presentations, participate in project control system development, and provide key support to the Project Manager on various project issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Planner and Cost Controller for Mid Hydrocarbon Mid and Downstream projects - Develop, set up, monitor, and control project schedules, plan costs, and quantities - Act as interface with Project Manager, Finance & account, functional managers, and stakeholders - Coordinate cross-function activities from proposal to commissioning phase of the project - Support Project Manager in delivering presentations to Management and Customer - Participate in the development, maintenance, and updating of the project control system - Provide support on major and minor project issues such as change management and risk identification - Lead in the selection, appraisal, coaching, mentoring, training, and development of project controls personnel - Support Forex/Commodity hedging actions - Provide input related to Risk for the Risk Coordinator Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
