Project Controls

As a Project Controls professional at HYOS-L&T Energy Hydrocarbon - Onshore Knowledge City Vadodara, your role will involve providing leadership to a team of Planners and Cost Controllers for Mid Hydrocarbon Mid and Downstream projects. You will be responsible for developing, setting up, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, plan costs, quantities, and ensuring smooth cash flow management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing direction to planners and cost controllers - Acting as the interface with Project Manager, Finance & Accounting, functional managers, stakeholders, and Customers for project budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting - Coordinating cross-functional activities from proposal to project commissioning - Supporting Project Manager in delivering presentations and preparing progress reports - Participating in the development, maintenance, and updating of project control systems - Assisting in change management, risk identification, mitigation, and personnel development - Supporting Forex/Commodity hedging actions - Providing input related to risk to the Risk Coordinator You should hold a minimum qualification of a BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE) and have 4-10 years of relevant experience in PROJECT CONTROL. Your role will require proactive involvement in project planning, monitoring, and control activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining a healthy cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.,
