Project Controller

As an intermediate level employee at Stantec, your role will involve supporting project managers, project leads, and team members by focusing on scheduling, costing, and industry technology concepts. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated CPM schedules, reviewing schedule progress and productivity, monitoring costs and earned value, and managing change orders. Additionally, you will manage budgets, cash flow projections, forecasts, and prepare project progress reports. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated CPM schedules for major programs and projects. - Review schedule progress, monitor costs and earned value, and manage change orders. - Manage program and project budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts. - Update data on cost status, resource requirements, and productivity variance reports. - Prepare monthly project progress reports and concise progress summary reports. - Fulfill specific reporting requirements of Project Managers. - Engage with Project Managers to review project plans, budgets, status reports, and deliverables. - Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes. - Coordinate project design management with project teams. - Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with project managers globally. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/B.E (Civil/Construction/Mechanical) qualification. - Post-Graduation in Construction Management preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. - Background in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, and cost control in engineering and construction activities is advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is a plus. - Experience in project design management and coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office applications.,
