Project Controller

Role Overview: - Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment and processes, adhering strictly to established safety protocols. - Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. - Monitor processes, materials, and surroundings, performing administrative activities as required. - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills, quickly resolving issues and escalating when necessary. - Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among colleagues. - Lead a team of engineers and mechanics, providing technical recommendations to solve problems. - Conduct departmental investigations of occurrences and collaborate with Quality and Safety departments. - Participate in safety training and drills, contributing to the development of safety policies. - Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
