Description
As an intermediate level employee at Stantec, your main role will involve supporting project managers, project leads, and team members in various aspects such as scheduling, costing, and industry technology. You will be responsible for tasks such as developing and analyzing integrated schedules, reviewing schedule progress and productivity, monitoring costs and earned value, as well as conducting change order management and control. Additionally, you will be involved in managing budgets, cash flow projections, and preparing project progress reports. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated CPM schedules for major programs and projects. - Review schedule progress, monitor costs and earned value, and conduct change order management. - Manage program and project budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts. - Evaluate and update data on cost status, resource requirements, and productivity variance reports. - Prepare monthly project progress reports and concise progress summary reports. - Interface with Project Managers to review project plans, budgets, and deliverables. - Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes. - Project design management and coordination with project teams. - Ability to work flexible hours for collaboration with global project managers. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/B.E (Civil/Construction/Mechanical) - Post-Graduation in Construction Management preferred. - Minimum 4 years of professional experience. - Experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, and cost control is advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau is a plus. - Demonstrated experience in project design management and coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
