Data Governance Engineer : Level of Experience: 8+ years of experience Must-Have Skillset: Hands-on experience with Data Governance: Data Governance encompasses various components such as Data Control, Data Privacy, Data Ethics, and Data Strategy. While the candidate may not have experience in all areas, hands-on experience in at least one and an understanding of the others is essential. Existing understanding of Understanding of EDM/DAMA/DCAM would be very useful. Experience in multi-team global collaboration: The CoE team is central to multiple global teams in International. The candidate should be adept at navigating these complexities. Experience with strategic initiatives: The I-DM CoE, particularly the Data Governance segment, is a strategic team within International. Prior experience with strategic solutioning is crucial, whereas experience in delivery roles may not be suitable. Strong communication skills. Good-to-Have Skillset: Pharma background, as the enterprise data landscape in the pharma industry differs from other domains. Experience working with non-US clients.
