Summary:As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you facilitate communication and foster a productive work environment, ensuring that all project deliverables align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and updates.- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Proficiency in Program Project Management.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.- Familiarity with project management software and tools to streamline project tracking and reporting.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
